•Charlotte Sireshuk BSc (Hons), MRCSLT, MASLTIP, HCPC registered
Charlotte qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2008 from Birmingham City University. She spent almost 7 years working for the NHS, specialising in working with children. She is an experienced therapist, who believes it is essential to put the family at the heart of any therapy. While working for the NHS, she supported children (2 years to 18 years) with a wide range of needs such as speech sound difficulties, language delay, learning difficulties/disability, autism, sensory feeding difficulties, and using alternative augmentative communication.
Charlotte completed a postgraduate course in Dysphagia in 2013. This enables her to assess the eating, drinking and swallowing skills of children. She is particularly interested in supporting children with sensory feeding difficulties and has worked with many parents to expand their child’s food acceptance.
Charlotte has been working independently since early 2015, seeing children in their homes and schools. She has also been working in a care setting where she developed her skills further, working with children and adults with learning disability. In this care setting, she has gained further experience of supporting the use of good general communication strategies, Intensive Interaction, Eye gaze systems, low tech AAC and Environmental Controls. Charlotte most recently became a Signalong Tutor and provides regular support to carers using Signalong, alongside providing formal training for other professionals and parents.
Charlotte is passionate about supporting children with SLCN, and believes that it is essential that any therapy should be tailor-made for the child and, above all, fun!

•Olga Woodward BSc (Hons) MRCSLT, MASLTIP, HCPC registered
Olga qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from Birmingham City University in 2008. Over the last 8 years, she has gained considerable experience working within the NHS before making the decision to move into independent practice.
Olga has a broad range of experience across a range of settings including clinics, pre-schools, mainstream and special schools, and is happy to work in the most appropriate and comfortable setting for the child. She has a wealth of experience in working with children aged 2-16 years who have speech difficulties (delay or disorder), language difficulties (delay or disorder), and the full range of communication difficulties. She also has a special interest in working with children who have learning difficulties and/or social communication difficulties including those with a diagnosis of ASD. Olga has spent a long time working closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other professionals as well as families; she believes successful collaboration and a holistic child-centred approach are key to achieving positive outcomes.
Olga has formal training and practical experience in using vPCI (Video parent child interaction), PECS (The Picture Exchange Communication System), Makaton (a signing system used to support understanding and expressive language ability), SULP (Wendy Rinaldi’s ‘Social Use of Language Programme’) and The Hanen ‘More Than Words Program’. Olga’s wide range of interests and skills allow her to be particularly flexible and eclectic as a therapist; from assessment through to therapy techniques.
