  • Esther has been working in the private health sector for several years providing Speech and Language Therapy support in clients homes, schools and clinics, including multidisciplinary assessments of children and adults with possible Autism Spectrum Disorders and associated conditions to formulate an appropriate medical diagnosis.
  • Esther worked prior to Independent practice as a Speech and Language Therapist within the NHS for 13 years. She worked in a variety of settings including community clinics, mainstream schools and nurseries and special schools and nurseries. She was lead therapist for specialist nurseries and schools. Throughout her time working within the NHS there was a strong emphasis on multi-disciplinary working and specialising with working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Her last role within the NHS was as part of a team providing a specialist borough wide service for children with an Autism Spectrum Condition which included working within the diagnostic team.
  • Esther has written and delivered training packages to parents and professionals to support their understanding of speech, language and communication needs.
