  • I have 4 years experience working therapeutically with children and young people in schools and community venues offering child-led play and creative therapy.
  • I now have a cosy therapy room with a waiting room for parents/carer in Potters Bar, Herts although I also continue to offer outreach in schools.
  • The outcomes usually experienced are a reduction in anxiety and stress, increased confidence and a better sense of self, better focus and concentration, improved relationships and communication and more resilience to life’s challenges.
  • Play is a child’s natural form of communication therefore in the therapeutic space they are able to express, explore and process thoughts, feelings and experience without the worry of how others may feel or react.
