Nisha is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who qualified in 2017 from City, University of London. She currently works with children with a range of complex speech, language and communication needs (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Language Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, and speech and language delays/disorders).
Nisha’s interest in working within the paediatric setting stems from working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic and child-centred management. She is enthusiastic about early intervention due to the associated positive outcomes and has experience in providing a range of training packages to parents, carers and school staff; ensuring the child’s environment is inclusive and accessible.
Nisha is passionate about providing fun and motivating therapy sessions to support children reach their communication potential. She works collaboratively with parents, carers, schools and other professionals to set functional goals; ensuring their views are involved in the therapeutic process.
