I have experience working within both private practice and the NHS, working in schools, clinics and nursery settings.
I have worked with children in Early Years, with ASD, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), children and young people who stammer, as well as those with speech sound difficulties.
I have experience using the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECs) and Makaton signing to encourage and support total communication.
I have a particular interest in working in Early Years, DLD and stammering. I really enjoy working alongside parents and schools to support children with their communication.
I work part time within the NHS as well as working as an Independent Speech and Language Therapist with the Owl Centre.
